Ok...Been 2 the Police today and they took a statement and all the Evidence i had. They suggested i contact PAYPAL for a refund (which ive done), i was given a crime Ref Number. If they refund me i can drop the Case against them.

Ive also recvd 3 emails today from 3 different users on EBAY whom have all bought Autographs off this BATMANFOREVER whose Account is under "entmemorabillia" they have all said the same story..Paid him but didnt get the Items, when emailing them they were Difficult or didn't reply back. 1 Buyer was told the items were sent but when he didn't recv them BATMANFOREVER/Entmemorabillia said he didn't send them as Paypal held hold of the Payment which was Lies.

Its Clear this person likes 2 Rip off people but like i said i am going 2 make it my Job 2 track the Identity off this person Down (ive been told he lives in Northampton) if it takes me Years.

If you have been conned by this person and u used PAYPAL please Email the CEO cameron.mclean@paypal.com and please report them even if u got a refund because they can remove their account.
