I don't have a ton, but I do have some.

Mayor Richard M Daley TTM- authentic signed letter to my father, a former Home Owners' League president, after a meeting.
Rev. Al Sharpton IP- book and photo signed when he spoke at my school last year
Gov. Howard Dean IP- book signed at the Free Library of Philadelphia
Sen. Al Franken IP- book signed at Barnes and Nobel in 2003
President Barack H. Obama trade- signed TIME Magazine, received in trade
RFK Jr. TTM - signed photo
Gov. Ed Rendell TTM- signed business card
Madeline Albright IP - booked signed at Barnes and Nobel in 2004
Colin Powell TTM - signed photo
Yossi Beilin (author of the Oslo Accords) TTM - signed letter
Natan Sharansky (Israeli politician, leader of the Soviet Jewish community in the 70s) IP - book signed at a lobbying convention

I've also met lots of historical folks in formal settings (banquets etc) or in random places where I was unable to get autographs. I'm only including people I've had real conversations with, not just handshakes at rallies:

Pres. (then Sen.) Barack H. Obama
VP (then Sen.) Joseph R. Biden, Jr.
Sen. Richard Durbin D-IL
White House Cheif of Staff (then Rep.) Rahm Emmanuel
Rep. Jan Schakowsky D-IL
Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. D-IL
Rep. Bobby Rush D-IL
Sen. Carl Levin D-MI
and lots of others

Bob Dole-meet IP got pics and 2 autographs.
He was campaigning for his wife when I meet him. I actually was asked to help him take his glasses out of his pocket, so he could see what he was signing.

President Bill Clinton- Meet IP. He was also Campaigning for his wife. I fought to the front of the barrier after his speech and got a Superman comic signed and shook his hand. He was the current president at the time of the comics publishing and was drawn into it.

President Jimmy Carter- I have one of the nicer authentic TTM autographs from him.
I will NOT PM you an address.
I will assist you in getting said address.
IE: give you pointers on where to get it.

On the Noriega thing I sent a letter to him a couple of weeks ago no success yet but after doing some research I had to spend some time translating it into spanish....one of the articles I found mentioned something about his nice housing aka the presidential suite since he's considered a prisoner of war and the article also said he had to have someone to interpret

I am happy to add a few more autographs to my historical collection. James Leavelle from the Dallas police department who was handcuffed to Oswald, signed an IC and wrote a little on it, and Ted Sorenson who worked in the Kennedy administration. Lastly former governor of Florida Reubin Askew signed an IC. He was also a Presidential Candidate and also was a trade representative for the federal government.
