I am considering seeing it, but thought the same thing. Is it more of a drama?

St Trinian's - Legend of Fritton's Gold - 6/10

I only saw it because it was freezing and there was nothing else to do, David Tennant played a woman hater but he was rather good. He seems to be able to play posh and slightly gay really well.

10/10 really but that doesn't seem good enough for it, slow to start but amazing.

Going to see Did you hear about the Morgan's next week, is it any good?

I have heard it is an absolute disaster of a film!

*This is about a Christian movie I just watched, please don't be offended if you're not a Christian!*

I went with my youth group last night and watched To Save a Life. It was really good, but rather depressing at times. I'm just glad it wasn't the type of film where in the movie, all everyone has to do is pray, and then in the end everyone is happy and gets exactly what they want (baby, house, divorce...), because God is "Santa Claus." I also liked how in one part, Jake got really deep and showed everyone's hypocrisy, like how that saying goes "Sunday's Christian, everyday devil."

I still give it a B+, because there are still quite a few things I would have changed. Overall, a very deep movie. Made me think!

Sherlock Holmes

I enjoyed the movie, very different to what I expected though. If you are expecting good old fashioned detective/police work, you will be disapointed. If you are expecting an action movie, this is for you. But it is not a brainless film, for this is some very humorous dialogue.Guy Ritchie (Rock N'Rolla, Lock Stock & Two Smoking barrels") directs, and I feel he is completely the wrong choice. The lead three actors (Robert Downey JR, Jude Law, Rachel MacAdams) are all brillaint, especially Law and Downey JR, who share a remarkable chemistry and comic timing.

All in all, an enjoyable movie, if slightly disappointing in direction. A genuine triumph of acting above all else. *** 1/2/ *****
