How much money do you spend on your hobby?

I can't really say for sure. Stamps and envelopes are my biggest expenses. Plus all the time looking for address and writing letters (I handwrite my LOR's) and getting them ready to send. I know it's been worth it, though.

I can't even think about a number! This hobby is fun and enjoying, so it's worth it! Also probably everyones collection is worth more then we spent!

??? Envelopes are very cheap. Sending the actual letters and getting U.S dollars are the biggest expenses for me.

At Staples a box of 100 is about 18 dollars, which means you can send out 50 requests including a SASE in each. So it's about $0.36
per request. So, I guess it isn't too much, but it still can add up.

Wow! maybe I should start looking for better prices. The size that I buy are 5 3/4 by 8 3/4 so I can fit a 5 x 7 pic.

I buy C5 envelope so just bigger than 8" x 6"
