Unfortunately, she is. She must be a more recent addition to SFM but I got a reply from her and the return address was the SFM address. Either way, it's nice she does that. How long did it take from the time you requested until you received through SFM? Also, I'm new to this: if you send an SFM email request, how long does that usually take? Thanks
