When should i send my letter and photo ( i live in Westminster, California)? Is anybody else going to try?

That should be plenty of time i reckon, you could have a good chance Alex.

Its always hard to say with venue's i guess tho, i've seen some ppl get success then i've sent to the same place and i've never got anything back :-( So i guess its just luck.

Maybe an RAF base will be quite professional with their mail tho and pass it on. Sometimes i prefer to try places like that or theatres or concert halls rather than just sum nightclub type venue, cos i think maybe the mail is handled better. But who knows. Good luck anyway :-)
