Ok, this is my last post on this.....a week between e-mail replies, then 6 days between the next reply, having no record of my order even though my bank account was charged, asking for a copy of my invoice and assuring me they would take care of it and then 3 weeks later no reply or pic......yeah GREAT JOB! Hmmmm....Dueby, if it happened to you, you'd be complaining on here too......LOL

That's shady. $20 is a lot to go to waste. Keep fighting it. Whoever is handling this is doing a really bad job. If you don't get your picture you should see if you can get your money back.

Well i have waited 11 months for a signed photo so in your own words: "..know what you're talking about before you open your mouth.." because I have understanding in this hobby So the best i can do is tell you my comment (which u got defensive on....LOL) and wish you luck..thats the best i can do, the ball is in your court now. Have them put the money back in your account or take civil action. Its your choice. But its only $20 but its your money so good luck.

BTW: Asking a question then telling someone to "..know what you're talking about before you open your mouth..." is iggnorant. Dont ask a question if you dont want a honest answer.

It could be their's been a delay in getting it sent out to you. sometimes official websites use a third party to send out signed photos. The celeb will sign them, send the batch to a company who deals with sales and when an order comes in they have them send one out to you.

They might also send them out once a month, instead of mailing a couple and couple there. you could have caught them at the wrong time and it might take a little bit.

I did have a very similar situation and it took almost 7 months before I got a reply. Just keep emailing them and stay consistent until you get a result. try not to be too harsh though, even though you might feel like bashing them, it could be an error on each part.

Thanks, Ryan! Yes my paypal was billed that same day i placed the order. I'm trying to be patient but i feel like i'm getting jerked around. Wow,Ryan, i just realized i forgot to send you something.....sorry,man! I'll get it out tomorrow.....having 6 strokes tends to cause memory loss! lol
