Presuming you don't live in London since the premiere was on Thursday! Some people camped out for 2 days to get a good spot. In London at least, for HP you have to be there at the crack of dawn to be guarenteed a decent spot.

Again, I don't know what country you're in, and it may well be different there. No harm in giving it a go I suppose, but I wouldn't get your hopes up

I'd imagine it would be pretty madness. It may be worth asking some of the American collectors on here (a few few collect in NY) what they think your chances are, as I can only speak from a UK perspective.

What grade are you in? I found the older I got, the easier it was to skip ;)

Seeing as you are NY, I am guessing it will be like blood in shark infested water frenzy. I dare say this will be a ''camp out'' event.
