Sent letter, SASE, and 4x6 picture on February 24 to the St. Pete Times Forum in Florida, for her show on March 4.

Received my picture back March8, signed, personalized, and inscribed with her usual "I [HEART] _____."

{up} Congrats! I am going to try and get her VV on this tour. If I had to guess ( not knocking you original poster) I think what happens is it's basically luck. Depending on how much fan mail she gets she might be able to write more if she doesn't as much or if she has alot she cannot possibly write as much. That's my thought anyways..... That's probably what happened to me and others letters.
