Yeah you stand a WAY better chance if you include a SASE. Plus it makes it much easier for the celeb to send back instead of having to use their own stamps. {thumb2}

At the moment I'm running low on supplies too..
What I'm doing is working on a lot of requests and slowly putting them all together.
This gives me time to put a lot of effort into each one.
Then when I have a few extra dollars, I send one or two.
As far as not sending a SASE, I really never find that a great idea.
It's much more polite to include one.
There are a few celebs who will use their own envelope, even when you send a SASE. But, don't just expect it.
Also, if you don't particularly mind if you get something back, you can just send a letter.
If it's a great letter that you put a lot of effort into, you may just get something back.
But, if you really want a reply. Bottom line send a SASE

This question cannot be specifically answered, unfortunatly. It is impossible to make a list of all celebrities that don't use SASE's. I agree with others, you stand a better chance receiving a reply if you include an SASE.
