How Long Have People Been Collecting

I started at the end of 2007...My first autograph received was in 2008..
so I could say I start collecting them in 2008

My mom and I would learn about famous people together and then write to them when I was younger (1998) and then stopped around 2003 and picked it up again in 2007. Always been though the mail, I have almost no in person autographs. Which I guess is to be expected from a kid living in Middle of Nowhere, TX.

Got my first autograph in 2002 but got more into collecting in 2006

sent a letter through the mail on september 28, last year
recieved the letter back this year March
stopped, then started again this month
so far I have 1 autograph (got a few more but theyre not really famous)

so will be one year in next month in september (my birthday!)

I've been collecting for about 30 years when my mom and dad brought me home former Louisville Cardinals basketball coach Denny Crum's autograph home for me. Now I probably have 200 I've picked up over the years.

I got my first in person autograph I believe in 2002 and then I got a few more in person autographs and I wanted to get into the hobby autograph collecting and started sending letters Feb of this month and I adore my collection so far.

Then some in January 2007.
Then October 2007
Then April and then June 2008
An again January 2008 onwards.

Well since I was little I've always asked for autographs from the kids tv presenters of the shows I used to watch. I didn't get into collecting however until early 2006. I carried on collecting for about a year but then I just got too busy with school and exams so I gave it up for a while. Then in October 2008 I went to a book signing in a store near me and I remembered about this site so I thought I'd see if it was still here, and when I saw it was I posted my success and my collecting has taken off again!
