She hasn't lived at that home address in almost 10 years. Use the PO Box. Or send to her new home address which is available if you search right on google. I sent a package, some of my books that I wrote, and a letter asking for an endorsement in January 2024. Got it back 3 months later. RTS. It hadn't been picked up.
