Which Address?

I'm planning to send off a letter to Eliza Bennett on Monday but am wondering what address to use. She isn't that well-known and has only had one success.

The one in the database is

Hamilton Hodell
5th Floor
66-68 Margaret Street

But has had no success

But a person has had a success with

Eliza Bennett
c/o Young'uns Agency
Sylvia Young Theatre School
Rossmore Road London NW1 6NJ
UK

We are sending all the way from NZ so it is going to cost alot so I need the proper address?

So which one should I use?

Thanks, I'm going to use the Young'uns address because I visited Hamilton Hoddell's website and there is an Eliza Bennett there - the person who submitted the address may have just got the wrong person and thought it was her???
