Depends on whether it was requested via email/mail directly to SFM or whether a request was sent to another address (e.g. agent or manager).

I requested through a letter sent to Angelina @ Studio Fan Mail. Sorry if I posted in the wrong forum, I'm still kinda new at this!!!! Also, yes I have the envelope, I have yet to scan it in, will do so soon!
