Phil Collins email request

I've desperately been trying to get a Phil Collins autograph for my boyfriend's birthday. I'd buy one but they're all $200+. I've spent at least an hour and a half doing research. I found the actual mailing address for regular fan mail, but I'd like to try to send an email request first and if I don't get a response then I'll gladly mail one. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried to find Annie's email as well with no luck
