The Australian player (can't think of his name) simply was lying down and the Italian player made himself fall over him- very unsporting behavior

His name was Lucas Neill ... I hear he's taking it really hard

So distraught was he that it was his actions that led to Australia’s exit, the normally vibrant and chatty Neill was unable to face the media after the match. Replays showed Neill has missed Grosso in the tackle and it was the Italian defender that initiated the contact and then theatrically dived over Neill.

The referees can get it right for some teams ... and get it so wrong for others :x

But because it was one of the more dominant countries in the competition he gave it.
