I sent out three photos that I printed off of my computer to be signed by Michael C. Hall and a letter to him as well sometime in October/November of 2013 and received my photos back on 11/03/2014. They were forwarded to my new address (thank god) since I moved in December 2013. I believe I used the address here:

I believe this address is still valid.

I am super stoked! I even asked him to personalize it to me and he did!

Yeah this was my first time ever trying to get autographs, so I am very pleased! What an awesome guy! But ok, I will upload the envelope now.
