On October 17, 2013, I sent an 8x10, LOR, and SASE to former People's Court jurist, Judge Joseph A. Wapner. Almost a year later, on September 18, 2014, I had success and received my photo back signed and personalized by Judge Wapner.

Sadly, I agree with you. I compared it to his past signatures and they don't match.

Definitely not a pre-print, being that I mailed him the photo. Good chance it was secretarial. No way he's signing now. This post was two years ago when he was 95 years old. He's almost 97 now.
