Trying to figure out why you think the size of the envelope matters.
That being said, the alleged requirement to post an envelope pic on here is ludicrous. In this case, just state why it's been RTS'd and all is good. Admin could spend his time a lot more efficiently than always asking for the image of the envelope.

Believe me, Mr Pointless Admin was not asking about the size of the envelope.

The only rare occasion that an envelope size has an impact is when it is too big for an letterbox, and the RTS is because it's not been called for because of that, which is unlikely for a standard LOR. The important information in this case is the reason for the RTS.

there's no website link to her talent agency, only an email address.

It could have been a one off, but perhaps worth phoning her agency first to check it out, and see if there was a real reason for the RTS rather than blindly following an Admin who is on the other side of the world and literally has no more resources than you to check it out. Jorg Betts also seem to have another address in London, but that might be outdated. I've not looked into it in detail.

I've tried verity at emmerdale and had no luck, the last success from her was back in 2010, and I haven't heard anything since from anyone about her.

And again, there is another address out there. I'm not saying it will work, but it's really not difficult to find.
