I sent a LOR, a photo and a SAE to the address below in november (2013) and I recieved today my photo back signed.

Great success! I would love to try to get his autograph, but unfortunately, I don't know how to get German stamps for the SASE.

You can buy an IRC. But, I didn't sent any coupon or stamp, I sent a SAE, not a SASE.
So, you should try ;)
