Okay so, I sent the LOR and SASE on 24 Jan 2013, and got a reply on 17 April 2013.

I sent a letter and the cover to the Fourth Pirates Movie and I got it back signed.
I dont think is AP, but I am more than likely wrong.

Not entirely true. I did see an authentic VV success from him earlier this year. I will continue to try to catch him VV until I get an authentic reply. :)
