I don't think they do, I've sent to comedians,signers groups and haven't heard anything back from any of them, sorry I don't think they pass on the mail :(

As far as I know they do, it just depends on the person your sending to whether you get a response or not. if your still unsure just email them to double check that they still do :)

They do pass on mail {up} ,I have had 4 replies in the last 2 years,but this is only a success rate of 25% !!

It is totally dependant on the artist/management !!
