I sent this out with the photo and a SASE. I sent this out mid September and got it back at the end of October. According to Sam Witer's facebook they stopped filming before Thanksgiving. I already threw out the envelope. :'( Signatures are from Sam Witwer, Sam Huntington, Meaghan Rath, and Kristen Hager
