Sent Mr. Lewis a letter, Sports Illustrated, Sharpie, SASE on 10/4/11, addressed to: Carl Lewis, C/O Cleve Lewis Management, 10940 S. Parker Road, Suite #526, Parker, CO 80134. SASE returned 12/5/11 with SI signed (thick, large Blue Sharpie). An autographed trading card with stats, medal count, and his website was also included.A hand written return address, same as above, was added to my SASE. Sorry no scanner.
