does anybody ever enclose a picture of themself?

I was thinking about just sending a small picture of myself with every letter and sase. i think it would add a little bit more personal touch?
has anybody ever tried this?

I've never sent a photo of myself, but if you want to go ahead.
A large number of celebrities dont read the letters that you send, they just sign the photos and send it off...so i'm not sure if they'll see the photo or really realize what it is.
So i'm not sure if it wil make alot of difference to the celebrity because they get so many requests, but if it's something you'd like to do, then of course you can.

I think that's a good idea. The secetary will be able to put a face with the letter and it might catch his/her attention.

I printed up my own stationary with a small photo of myself and I use that to write celebrities. I've gotten much luck with them, including what I think to be an authentic from Milla Jovovich (because of stray marker streaks on the poster I sent her). Anyway, I think it's a great idea to put a face to the fan.

You know, I thought of doing that once a long time ago. I might try it sometime...first I'd have to find a decent picture. But yeah, it couldn't hurt to try it. You never know, you might get a better response that way, you might not, but it'd be worth a try.

I don't just because I often tell the people about me and they obviously get my address. Adding a photo of me wouldn't be right in my situation. I don't want to give my identity away. Like for example, I wrote someone to a private address a long time ago. If I had chosen to place a photo and the address was wrong, someone ELSE would know alot about me. I personally think it's not a BAD idea, it's just not too good if I were to. I know, it's confusing,
