is this a good sending balance

i sent out six yesterday and am thinking about sending some out in october because i heard the best via venue adress miley would be the october 27 one in salt lake city. then when would be a good time to send again after that because i like to spend not much on this hobby since i am a young collector and when i send i wont send just one letter.
