I live in Arizona, and all the mail(autograph requests) I'm sending are out of state, My mother said that you have to go to the post office and get each envelope weighed and stamped personally, is this true?? Can you just put on so many stamps?

So how many stamps for each address??

as long as your sending in the us, the rate is the same to any state. if your just sending a letter and SASE then the cost should be .63
if you also send a photo I would put .87 on it

yes, I usually just put two .39 stamps on my envelope and 2 on my SASE so I dont have to go to the post office to get the exact postage

Going to the post office & having your envelopes weighed is the best way to determine postage because the postage is determined by the weight of the package.
