Does Innovative Artists pass on fan mail?

Hi, does anyone know if Innovative Artists talent agency (specifically the L.A one)
1505 10th Street
Santa Monica, CA 90401
passes on fan mail? I've emailed them before but no reply, has anyone had a success through there before?

I think it depends who you send to, as with all things. I have had some replies from that address and some that I have been waiting for for a year now (not long, I know).
What I am trying to say is, I think it really does depend who the fanmail is going to as much as the venue
