you have to have a DOD card to get into the autograph appearance with the food and stuff and only armed forces can get into the show

I've never sent out 8x10's before, but I would like to start doing so. How much is postage usually for sending out an 8x10 with a letter and sase inside? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
