Re: 2010 Baseball TTM Thread
Need some help here. Thinking if sending some baseballs out was wondering how everyone sends them? Box? Padded envelope? What about returns do u include money or another box/envelope? Thanks for the help.

He's pretty good at signing that I've seen. He's one of the few Pirates who will stop his car and roll down his window to sign in Pittsburgh. I don't know his signing habits on the road though.vjw0307 wrote:Packrat...how's Garrett Jones at signing? Haven't seen much from him...

Re: 2010 Baseball TTM Thread
From what I've seen on other sites, most collectors stop sending to current players around mid August to the first week in September. This gives the players ample time to be able to sort through the mail before they head home after the season is over.
As to your question, I don't think anyone but the player really knows what they do with the mail left over after the season ends. It's alway best to pick a point to stop sending and then wait until spring training to resume mailing requests. During the off season I send to retired players to bide the time.

Justin Morneau -- I also used to have difficulties with his name but I've learned to spell his name correctly by pronouncing it "More Knee, Ah You" as I'm typing it.mets1313 wrote:justin monorua (twins) i probaly spelt wrong

Today brought me back Phil Hughes. Sent c/o NY Yankees, and it only took 14 days. Thrilled to get this back.
