Broadway Playbills

Anyone know which plays require donations to get a playbill?
Just want to know before I waste my postage on ones that dont send out signed playbills without donations.
I know Girl From the North Country requires a donation.
I would like to send out a request to To Kill a Mockingbird when it opens in June.
