Is it wise to send around 10$ in a SAE instead of these IRC?

First off, hi there! I am completely new to this hobby haha, and I'm trying to get a response from AnnaSophia Robb. However, I live in the UK, and the post office here stopped selling IRC's ( Sorry if that's wrong ) in 2011, so I'm wondering if the next best option would be just to send about 10 dollars with the mail so they can get American stamps?

Thank you!

Many members use cash as a return postage method just fine {up}

For a standard envelope $10 is way over paying though, perhaps $5 or even $3 in $1 dollar bills should be enough.

If you want to check, www.usps.com has a price calculator :)

Another method is to get hold of US stamps, via eBay, Amazon or a couple members here sell them in the Autograph/Exchange sale section of the forum.

The US had a Global Forever Stamp (current cost $1.15 each) which is what most use for international letters.

Thank you for the response! I'm really bad at this haha, but I'll give 5 $1 bills instead of 10 then!

Another question is, do I have to send any special kind of pictures to be signed or is any normal picture fine to use? A lot of the AnnaSophia things I have are in magazines I don't want to cut up, or I don't want to risk losing, and I'm not sure about how else to get the pictures I want without just straight up printing them with 'normal' paper.

I've lurked quite a bit on here, and I'm sorry if I sound stupid!

You can send whatever you want to send {up}

I usually google for the images I want, then upload them to a photo printing website (such as Snapfish), and get them sent to me as prints.

It can be really cheap, they have deals all the time.

You can send from $3 to $5 in my opinion. Of course, this always depends on the weight of your envelope/package. Good luck {up}
