Help signature request Pink via venue in the Netherlands

I live in the Netherlands. She will start in February 2013 with her The Truth About Love Tour. Can anyone help me where I most likely get a response with signature? She is also in the Netherlands and I also want to try in Belgium or Germany, but I don't know which venue the application will pass to Pink.
