Autographs from ac/dc motley crüe and others

Has anyone had any luck receiving an autograph from ac/dc motley Crüe guns and roses Metallica or any other band similar to those? Trying to get a solid collection started as my boyfriends birthday gift and just wondering who would be a waste of postage:)
