is there a list of celebs that won't reply if you don't send a sase and instead send irc's?

I don't think there is a Set List, but if you are unsure send a SAE and a few dollars (or your counrties currency). thats what I would do, that way the agency can either stamp it theirselves, or buy IRC's.

You should search for the celeb you are hoping to write to using the search bar at the top of the page, check previos feedbacks and see if the person who has got the success included IRC's/money/SASE
