I'm going to write to Jack Black and i'm going to include a SASE, but i don't have a stamp that goes from usa to sweden?!

1. Send 1-2 international reply coupons - 70% chance
2. Find a way to get hold of some US stamps - 80% chance
3. Risk it by sending an SAE - 60% chance
4. Politely ask him to pay for postage - 55% chance

Im not sure what kind of study he's used to come up with these numbers, 60% seems pretty high for just sending a SAE....
it really depends on the signing habits of the celebs, nothing else

but US dollars should be as good as stamps

I agree, i would sent either IRC's or US money. I have seen many successes where people send 1-2 dollars so that the celeb can pay postage.
