If I was to send fanmail to another country could I put an envelope in the envelope i`m sending with my address and stamps on it?

To send any autograph request you need to put and SAE in. That's an envelope with your address on it. You either need to include stamps ON the envelope (from the country it will be mailed from i.e. if you're sending to someone in America it would need American stamps) OR IRC (International Reply Coupons) IN your main envelope.

Also please remove your signature image. It's far, far too big.
