How many global forever stamp do i need for fan mail from usa to netherlands? 2 or 3 . I went to the website ogf usps but i am not from usa. So i cant get an account there and cant ask questions there. So how many do i need these days 2 or 3 ?

From the USPS website:

The Global Forever stamp can be used to mail a postcard or 1 oz letter-size mailpiece anywhere in the world, regardless of when the stamp was purchased and how prices change in the future.

If you're mailing 1 oz, 1.
If you're mailing 2 oz, 2.
If you're mailing 3 oz, 3.

Since nobody here can tell through the computer how much your letter weighs, it's up to you to figure it out.

It's not that hard.

1 stamp for every oz.
