I sent a letter and SAE to David on: 28th July 2008, and today I recieved a signed photo, I have finally got a real personalization from David I'm so happy.

, he even put ' WHY NOT?' on the envelope, which is really nice of him.
address I used was:
David Tennant,
c/o Royal Shakespeare Company,
The Courtyard Theatre,
Southern Lane,
Stratford Upon Tyne,
Warwickshire
WV37 6BB
Here is the pic:

Great success

. I sent him a photo yesterday which Catherine Tate signed for me In person- I hope I get it back.
He is still replying very quickly. I am sure he must get lots of mail but I just think he is great at replying to his fans especially while he is doing theatre I think he must have a bit more free time.
Big congrats {thumb2} {thumb2} - David Rules.
P.S - I dont really get why he wrote 'why not'.

While yes, he's not filming, he's doing 6 shows a week (some weeks more, what with matinees) and rehearsing during the day. It's not like this is time off for him

We should all be careful not to send too many requests, lest we be too greedy.

I know it is not time off for him but he often replies within a few days. thats his choice to reply so fast and gives the impression he has a lot of free time. As I said before Im sure he has other commitments besides the play but he obviosly cares about his fans. Im not sure just how much rehearsing they do now.
I am not greedy. I am just using this great opportunity to get him to sign and authentically personalize. And as I have already writen twice I am prepared of the fact that he may not reply this time and I won't write again as to give others a chance.

You might be lucky, but it will definitely take longer. There's a postcode on there so it probably will, but you need to remember the town/city and street in future

I'd leave it a while. If you're sending from overseas it will take longer to reach him and come back anyway. If the postcode is there, it should get there.
