ts a shame, but I dont understand why ou sent it when you admittedly knew he only sends PPs

The only thing I can thnink of is they somehow lost/ripped your SASE so used the first thing to hand.

You mentioned it was expensive to get that pic developed, what size is it?

I sent it anyway because you'll never know if you'll get lucky
