As for nich9494, I pm'ed her today and informed her about the fact that she might get demoted, but she promised that she really tries her best to help members and move topics to the correct forum, and she visits this site daily. She told me that it's fine if I demote her, but I decided to give her a little more time (especially since I've already demoted sunkissed08, devilson9991 and Shambler...).

Ive just gone through the Moderator logs for the whole of March (which is 66 pages of logs) and nich9494 has just 2 entries, both for moving threads. Just 2. If she was "online daily and tries really hard" she'd of moved much more than 2.

As a comparison, selenaanddemifan has more logs than all the other TMs put together, and thats no exaggeration.

Its your decision, but if it was down to me she'd be gone on the sole basis of having 2 accounts (and lying when caught out), regardless of whether she'd moved 2 threads or 200 this month.

Yes, I'm aware of that. :neutral: I was just reporting what she pm'ed me. But as I said, I'll just give her some more time (she's only been a TM for about a month, I think) so don't eliminate the fact that she can still get demoted yet! {thumb2}

After being repeatedly rude, he/she now complains about a deserved warning, and has deleted the thread to try and hide what she said!!
