Ok its common sense time........
95% of "sellers" dont read the rules in the sale/trade section, most of us can agree there.
So when someone makes a thread that doesnt adhere to the rules, there are 2 choices, edit (with the message "not qualified"), or delete.
If you edit, they'll know to check the rules.
If you delete, they'll just remake the thread as they wont know why its gone.
