, I wanted to send an autograph request to one of the members of the band ABBA but they are in Sweden and I need international reply coupons, the thing is none of my post offices have them, USPS used to sell them, DHL & UPS are expensive and the UPU website says you can purchase them in neighboring countries, my family barely travels except my dad for business trips, which sucks, any idea where can I can obtains these International Reply Coupons (IRCs)??
