“Unsolicited Materials”

Hey everyone,

In doing my own research for sending fan mail, one of the things I’ve seen on some agencies websites are that they throw out unsolicited materials. Does that include fan mail? Sorry if this has been asked before, I looked but couldn’t find a definitive answer. I would think it would, but I didn’t see “fan mail” listed as something that gets thrown out. Even though I bet it does.
