Received : 12/5/16

Received my CIC back unsigned with a letter. Letter says send $5 per autograph & $10 for 2 autographs or more. Also gives address (which is this one) to mail it to. 1st picture is showing my SASE, it wasn't stamped from where it came from, just the barcode on the bottom.

That is definitely still the best address. Sounds like he shifted to charging in conjunction with his charity.
