Sent a request for autograph in the beginning of July and just received RTS today July 28, 2016. I forgot to save the envelope, but address I used is listed in the database. Very disappointed.

Hang tight! Ms. Carter has always gone through phases where she dies not sign. It seems to be when she get a ton of requests or is busy with work. It took me 3 RTS's and 4 years to get it right. Try again! :-)
