Are you in the US? Just curious as I'm trying to figure out which British stamps to include when I send SASE's from the US to the UK. Looks like they used only a 1 pound stamp here...

google "Royal Mail" and figure out, it's very simple to know how much does it cost.
Today the rate is 1.05 GBP from the UK to Europe.
I'm in Germany.

are you sure that it´s Pre-Printed? Secretary wrote, that he pre-signed it. Maybe it´s real :-)

well, you don't need to be an expert to see the signature is printed. And it is not of a good quality when you may have any doubt whether it is printed or pre-signed.
I'm sure we will see some similar pics here soon.
