It's obvious Phil doesn't give a sh!t about his fans if he can't be assed to sign no more.
That's what the fans get for buying his music over all these years... He was a boring dull singer anyway so he was nobody special.

Autographs are a privilege, not a right. After all, you are sending them unsolicited mail. Be happy for the ones that do sign for us, shrug your shoulders and move on for the ones that don't. And throwing a fit because they don't sign, well, that's a sign you need to find another hobby.
