Sent in mid January: 1 4x6 photo, letter, and SASE. On 2/16/16 I received my SASE back with the photo signed with an inscription thanking me for my support. Thank you Mr. Sinise!

The address used is the one listed here and on his charitable foundation's website. Envelope got caught in the rain, luckily the photo was protected by the cardboard.
