Hi, I sent a letter and 1 picture to Tim Allen on September 2nd 2015 and received my picture back signed today! I think it's authentic? Or is it secreterial ...
I aske him to personalise it but it turns out he never.

It's said that Tim replies authentically through Boxing Cat. That said, unless you see it signed in front of you, you can never be absolutely certain.
FWIW, my Tim Allen-signed photo came with a LOA. Never saw that before.:
